By accessing the Isaac Haase Institute website, applying for any program (as a student or trainer), or signing into the Learning Experience Platform (LXP), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

• Applications: Submitting an application form (whether for admissions or faculty) does not guarantee acceptance. The Institute reserves the right to review, reject, or approve applications based on our internal academic criteria.
• Fees: All tuition and administrative fees must be settled according to the schedules provided by our finance department. Failure to adhere to payment structures may result in suspension from the LXP.

The Isaac Haase Learning Experience Platform (LXP) is exclusively for academic advancement.

• Users must maintain professional and respectful behavior across community forums, messages, and course discussion boards.
• Any form of cheating in assignments, plagiarism, falsifying documents, or sharing of LXP credentials is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate expulsion.
• Trainers are contractually bound to evaluate submissions fairly, communicate professionally within the designated system channels, and uphold the academic standards of the Institute.

All materials presented on the Isaac Haase website, within the LXP, including course modules, assignments, videos, drills, curriculum structuring, and institute branding belong solely to Isaac Haase Institute.

• No module or material may be reproduced, distributed, or commercialized without explicit, written consent from the administration.

Isaac Haase Institute takes platform security extremely seriously to protect our learners and faculty.

• Malicious Code: You must not misuse our systems by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, SQL injections, or any material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate LXP accounts immediately if these Terms are violated.
• Indemnity: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Isaac Haase Institute, its administrators, and its trainers from any liability, claim, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms.
